Guitar and drums, drums and guitar. Six songs recorded by two musicians performing live in the studio, captured on analog tape.
What’s next? is the new EP by Federico Verteramo and Homero Tolosa. Duet born under the period of strict isolation, where the first songs were born and published working each from their home for the first EP(¨Lockdown at Home¨)
For this new work it was possible to do it in a conventional way and two months of rehearsals led to a session at Estudios Del Parral, tasted on analog tape by Ariel Feder.
The EP consists of 6 songs composed by the duo.
Inspired by the sounds of artists who throughout history have developed using only a guitar and drums: R.L. Burnside, Junior Kimbrough, representatives of the Mississippi Hill Country Blues, as well as other current ones like The Black Keys, Jack White, Cedric Burnside or Gary Clark Jr.
The album cut, Shot of Freedom, was released as a single along with a video clip made by Daniela Cilli. Link click here
